The City of New Westminster is seeking The city of New Westminster, through its Public Works Department, is seeking qualified suppliers for the manufacture, and delivery of two (2), four door AWD hybrid utility vehicles based on the Ford Explorer platform, fully configured and ready for police package upfitting. Fleet services will oversee the project and serve as the primary point of contact throughout all phases of the procurement process, including specification development, design review, manufacturing oversight, inspection, testing, and final commissioning acceptance.
