The City of New Westminster is seeking qualified service provider(s) to deliver managed services for the City’s on premise JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (“JDE”) environment and related integrated systems. The City is preferably requesting for a primary company capable of handling all of the tasks/ scope listed in this RFP. Where the primary company is not able to perform certain scopes of the work directly, it may propose subcontractor(s) with whom it has a demonstrated and successful working relationship. The City may also, at its discretion, award additional work to other Respondent(s) for specialized items or services that are outside the primary company’s delivery model.
