The Arts Services division of the City’s Community Services Department is seeking an experienced lead consultant to develop an update to the New Westminster Arts Strategy, 2019-2024. The consultant(s) should be experienced in municipal arts planning and administration, interest group and community engagement, and collaborative processes. A keen understanding of New Westminster’s arts sector, including an awareness of the challenges it faces as well as its benefits to a strong and vibrant local community is a high priority
