The City of New Westminster is seeking a qualified consultant team, led by an Architect, to undertake a Feasibility Study for City Hall. The objective of the Feasibility Study is to evaluate and recommend a comprehensive, integrated strategy for the replacement of the City Hall roof envelope, upgrades to mechanical equipment and electrical systems, and the integration of rooftop solar panels, while maintaining existing operations of City Hall. The Architect led team will include structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, as well as energy, roof envelope design, and cost estimating (Quantity Surveyor) consultants. The City anticipates the feasibility study to be completed February 2026.
