Description: 

The City of New Westminster is seeking an experienced consulting engineering company to undertake a feasibility study strategy to guide the phased replacement of pedestrian lighting and associated infrastructure upgrades on the Waterfront Esplanade. 

The successful Respondent will conduct a condition assessment of existing lights (including luminaires, poles and bases) and infrastructure (kiosks, control panels, etc.) and a photometric lighting study of the Project Area; review the chosen light standard and produce a preliminary lighting plan with service/ infrastructure upgrades; and prepare a high-level cost estimate. The final deliverable of this Project will be a report describing the condition assessment, findings of the study, complete with preliminary plans, one line diagrams and standard details, cost estimates, and recommendations for phased implementation
