The City of New Westminster is seeking to create a shortlist of qualified Architectural Consultant firms (Shortlisted Suppliers - maximum 10 suppliers). The architectural firm would provide standard architectural services, act as the coordinating registered professional, and contract and oversee qualified professionals as required for each project. 

The City of New Westminster Civic Buildings and Properties Division operates under the Engineering Department and is responsible for planning and overseeing the design, building and maintenance of safe and inclusive facilities to serve the public and support staff in the delivery of core services. The City conducts Capital Civic, and Municipal Building and Renovation Projects on an annual basis ranging from small low complex projects to large complex projects. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish a list of a maximum 10 qualified architectural firms. The City intends to use the Shortlisted Consultants for approved projects within the next five (5) years.
