Westminster Pier Park Retaining Wall Rehabilitation consists of installing soil nails through the existing Deltalok retaining wall, along with new concrete fascia and drainage systems. The work will also require utility locates, tree protection measures, and coordination with the applicable rail companies.
Access to the crossing location will require a permit, which the City and the Consultant have initiated. The permit is expected to be in place prior to the start of construction; however, the permitting process may result in delays to the construction schedule
