Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, tools, mobilization, demobilization, disposal, transportation, supervision, permits and other required costs and incidents to complete the site demolition and construction of the Moody Park Multi-Sport Court Renewal as per the specifications and drawings. The project site is located at 600 8th St, New Westminster, BC V3M 2B6 and is bordered by 8^th Street to the northeast, 8^th Avenue to the northwest, 10^th Street to the southwest and 6^th Avenue to the southeast. The project site is located in the north corner of the park near the intersection of 8^th Avenue and 8^th Street.
