The City of New Westminster is seeking to contract with a firm for the purpose of providing an appraisal report outlining accurate values for insurable assets owned by the City of New Westminster. The City will use this report to support an application for insurance coverage. The Appraisal report is to be prepared in conformance with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) and the ethical guidelines of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. The City of New Westminster has insurable assets of approximately $931,705,800. |
