Welcome to the City of New Westminster Bid Opportunities Website

The City of New Westminster is transitioning to the bids&tenders platform for sourcing goods and services. This platform enables vendors to review, register, download, and respond to bids online.

Important information during this transitionary time:

• The City will be posting opportunities on either the City’s website, City of New Westminster Open Bid Documents OR here on the City’s bids&tenders website, each in conjunction with posting to BC Bid. 
• Both posting locations will remain active through 2023.
• Submission and addenda instructions will be outlined within each bid opportunity document to indicate where and how to submit.

Vendor Information bids&tenders:

A preview of the bid opportunities will be available by clicking on the "download" button beside each document.

In order to submit a Response, Vendors are required to create a Bidding System Vendor Account.

When creating a Vendor Account, a Company's Authorized Legal Name must be used. 

During the account creation vendors select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection. If a Vendor already has a bids&tenders account they do NOT require a new account in order to be notified of, or respond to the City of New Westminster’s bid opportunities.

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their account information is kept current. Updates to open opportunities posted through bids&tenders will be provided via email based upon account details.

The City of New Westminster does not charge document, project or administrative fees to Vendors.
